Diplomatics Offer
 The customer acknowledges that they are currently employed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs – State of Kuwait, or by one of the diplomatic missions officially accredited by the Ministry. The customer also confirms their commitment to providing a valid official work ID issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs when applying for the offer, and that it must be valid and in effect at the time of approval of this declaration.

 If the customer’s information is found to be incorrect, or if they failed to provide valid official document proving their employment in the diplomatic corps (a copy of a diplomatic passport), or if they provide incorrect or expired documents, the company reserves the right to cancel the service request. The customer expressly acknowledges and agrees to this.

 The company reserves the right to verify the customer’s eligibility and their continued employment with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the diplomatic corps at any time during the period of benefiting from the offer. 

For Diplomats Outside the State of Kuwait
The customer acknowledges and agrees that they must exclusively select an eSim for new or ported lines to the company to receive and activate the SIM code. After completing the request and submitting the required documents, the documents will be verified, and the eSim activation code for new or ported lines will be sent to the email associated with the My ID Kuwait application so the customer can then proceed and activate the service. The customer also expressly agrees to this.
